We went to OMSI and we saw somthing like this and many more things like it. This is a robotic device. It wasn't moving because they didn't have it hooked up. They had a screen of how it worked instead. It was fun there.

How did a toilet float get stuck in the middle of that poor robot's twisted arms? Er... Very complex machinery.
